How long will it take to get my new board after ordering it?
This will vary slightly depending on where you are located. In metro areas, delivery should be within 3-5 working days. In regional/rural areas, delivery should be within 5-7 days. Over the Christmas period, delivery times can be delayed due to the high volume of orders, so please ensure you place your orders by December 15th to ensure your package arrives in time for Christmas day.

Can I return my stuff if I don't like it?

Will you replace my board if it breaks?
All Honu boards also come with a manufacturer's 2 year warranty. Clothing & accessories have a 1 year warranty. See our warranty policy here

Are your boards made with environmentally friendly materials?
The surf & SUP industry is notorious for using materials that are not environmentally friendly, such as PVC and polyurethane. While some manufacturers are experimenting with green materials, Honu’s approach is to make boards that are durable and will not need to be regularly replaced. By reducing our consumption of these materials, we can have a positive impact on our environment.
I just got my new board. How should I store it?
Remember to store your SUP and accessories out of the sun, in a dry and shaded area. Transport your SUP board and paddle in a protective bag to prevent damage. If you have a vent plug, open it when you are storing your hard board. This will stop pressure building up inside and your board from delaminating.
